1.000 of years of culture all in one place. The ancient settlement of Tanasi, said to be the first Cherokee town, gives it's name to both the river and the state of Tennassee, and to our new Tanasi Necklace. The teardrop shape reminds us of a homeland that was lost and the pearls recall centuries of freshwater pearl cultivation by our Cherokee ancestors along the river.
The Tanasi Necklace is a favorite around here and will soon be one of yours too.
