The Sparrow and the Pine Tree is a Cherokee Story of why the Trees Lost Their Leaves. It is also a story of Cherokee love. Our  5/8" Riley Cuff shows the sparrow with it's' broken wing. The sparrow with the broken wing is our vulnerable self.

The Pintree is our humble self who thinks we have nothing to give. Sometimes we are the sparrow and sometimes we are the pine tree.

Designed to go with a Pine Tree. Keep one and gift the other.

Our image features a male sparrow, This design was hand drawn by Moriah who filled it with Cherokee symbolism.

 3/8" copper cuff.

Our Louella cuff is a light weight, easy to wear cuff. To adjust the fit be sure to squeeze it closed from the top after placing it on your wrist.

All of our jewelry and gifts are handmade in our studio in Oklahoma. Please allow 5-7 days before we ship. Need something faster, choose Front Of The Line Shipping at Checkout. This option allows you to skip to the front of the production line. Standard shipping times apply once shipped

How Do I Care For My Copper Jewelry?

The Best way to care for your Copper is to wear it often  The natural oils from your skin will keep the copper, and pearls nice and shiny. Copper will acquire a beautiful patina over time. We feel that the patina is part of the natural beauty of the metal.

As much as possible do not wear your jewelry when working out or doing any heavy physical activity that will cause excessive sweating.

Clean your copper jewelry with a soft cloth if dirty you can use some liquid dish soap.

If you prefer, you can coat the metal with clear fingernail polis to maintain the shine.

Why Does Copper Sometimes Turn My Skin Green?

Have you ever noticed a green tint on your skin after wearing copper jewelry? That is a chemical reaction between the copper, oxygen and the sweat on your skin. The process is called oxidization and is your body's way of absorbing the copper. Copper is an essential element and your body needs it. If you skin is turning green it is your body's way of telling you that something is missing.
