Start a New Tradition with the 2025 Cherokee Copper Christmas Ornament

Every family has holiday traditions—some passed down by our mothers and grandmothers, and others we create as we build our own homes and stories. The 2025 Cherokee Copper Christmas Ornament was born from that spirit: a way to celebrate the season while honoring heritage, memory, and handmade artistry.

A Cherokee Family Tradition That Sparked It All

When Greg and Lisa were first married—nearly 31 years ago—they started a simple tradition. Every time they traveled, whether for business or vacation, they brought home a Christmas ornament.

Each December, as they decorate the tree with their children, they reminisce. Every ornament marks a moment in time: a place discovered, an artist met, a memory made. Over time, their tree became a living scrapbook of their journey together.

From Our Tree to Yours: The First Cherokee Copper Ornament

In 2019, we began creating ornaments for others—sharing the tradition that shaped our own story. Each piece is designed and handcrafted in our home studio near Tulsa, Oklahoma by our family of award-winning Cherokee artists.

Our ornaments aren’t just decorative. They’re cultural keepsakes. They're meant to be unpacked with joy, year after year, and passed down for generations.

Celebrate Cherokee Craftsmanship

The 2025 Cherokee Copper Ornament continues our tradition of blending heritage and design. Each year’s edition is created in limited quantities and made from genuine copper—cut, shaped, and finished by hand.

This year's design honors both our Cherokee roots and the shared experiences that connect us all during the holiday season. Whether you’re buying your first ornament or adding to a growing collection, this piece was made to be meaningful.
